Held at the Telstraclear Events Stadium in Manukau City, Auckland. The return of this motorcycle show in 2006 hadn't been held for about 6-7 years. The show had some impressive custom motorcycles including a perfect blend of everything from the nostalgic era's and those timeless classics. This included the display of Burt Monroe's original Indian bike kindly on loan. Other restored Indian and old American classic motorcycles and displays was like a walk down memory lane; a blend of old and new. Thunderbike Racing was on display with Alan Thoresen along with Andrew Stroud and the famous John Britten bike.

The Nostalgia theme given for this year's show was a rare opportunity for Motorcycle Clubs, Riding Associations and Organizations to share their own club's history in the public arena. Reactions were interesting and the general public were more than interested to learn, stand and watch rare old film footage of early biker history in New Zealand. There were demo's, drag bike and midget car racing to watch outside and even an old Celtic reenactment demonstration of medieval fighting. Other events included Tattoo show and Live Music Entertainment in the evening. Overall this weekend event totally rocked with Harleys, Classic and custom bikes.

This year 'Babz' worked along side on her first motorcycle show. She got some very cool shots and are in the photo music clip Remix. These will be relocated in the new video library.

Many thanks to all the Organisers, Sponsors and Biker owners who make this show and motorcycle competition possible.

The John Britten story is a legend and the history of the Britten bike is always going to part of motorcycle racing history in New Zealand. There are ten Britten V1000cc bikes today and these were specifically made as collectors worth $150,000 each. In 1994 the Britten took fastest top speed winning at Daytona with 189 mph (305kmph) and the Battle of the Twins in Florida.
